The exercise trails go on cozy easy-oriented paths and gravel roads around Långtjärnarna (Nedre, Mellan and Övre långtjärn).
The lakes are three ice-pit lakes and are popular put&take fishing lakes.
The exercise trails are perfect for those who want peace and quiet, nature and pleasant surroundings and you can easily choose whether you want to walk, walk or run.
The best place to start and end your run is at Mellan and Nedre Långtjärn or in the southern part of Övre Långtjärn where parking is available.
Along the trails there are good resting facilities with barbecue areas, shelters, tables and tc.
