Utegymmet Smedsgärdsspåret

Up on the ridge at Smedgärdsspåret there is an outdoor gym. It is beautifully situated in the forest above Vilundaparken. Here you can train with a view of eastern Väsby.

The outdoor gym has seven stations and is built in natural materials. At each exercise station there are instructional signs. They show suggestions for exercises, how to do them and which different muscles are used.
