Popular trail for running and walking. Soft and fine surface, mostly on narrow forest paths. The marking of the trail has seen its better days, but the paths that branch off are mostly smaller than the trail you are supposed to follow.
The trail served as a cross-country running trail for the P10 regiment when it was active in Strängnäs.
