Sänkesjöns friluftsområde, Forsheda

Welcome to the Sänkesjön outdoor area! At Sänkesjön there are several trails for walking and running to choose from. The trails are accessible and go next to Sänkesjön with its beautiful moss landscape that brings to mind Store Mosse National Park. Some of the trails consist of wide wooden walkways that go over the bog and are accessible. Along the trails you can discover several uniquely designed shelters and at two of these you can spend the night. There are also barbecue areas and a long footbridge leading out into the lake where you can take some great photos! And don't miss the small lake shaped like a heart, located next to Lake Sänkesjön.

The area by Sänkesjön is linked by the lighted trail to Kolabo, where there is a landscaped pond with a walking path around it.
