Bottnaryds Byalag offers a fine rainbow fishing in the scenic fountain reserve "Mörtsjöåsen" with pebble sacks and 300-year-old pines.

Since 1993, the village team has engaged in fishing in these lakes:• Sea lakes (A-Cards, fly fishing only).• Abborragölen (B-Card, fishing with optional hand tools).• The horror lagoon (rental lake , open for general fishing winter season 1/11 - 14/4).

At the lakes there is wind shelter, barbecue area, parking space, dry toilet and disabled facilities.Other lakes: Gårdsjön, Västersjön, Bergsjön and Lillesjön (C-card).Bathing facilities with jetties can be found at Västersjön.
