Bed & breakfast in a rural setting

In one wing of the farm there are four double rooms for rent. Bathroom / toilet is shared with other guests. The price includes breakfast, towels, sheets and cleaning. Breakfast and other meals are eaten in your own kitchen, or why not outside in the garden?

Dogs are welcome for an extra fee.

Rich history

Österberga Gård has a long history and is mentioned as early as 1503, when it belonged to Vadstena Abbey. When Gustav Vasa carried out the Reformation in 1527, the farm was transferred to the state and then remained in its possession, to become a county farm at the end of the 17th century.

The main building and the east wing date from 1750. The wing with the rental rooms was built in the mid-19th century. The special interior of the wing has been preserved as far as possible.
