18 holes close to lake Vänern
This beautiful course with 18 holes offers varied and challenging golf. Surrounded by forest and just a stone's throw from Lake Vänern this is a popular course for both visitors and players from Mariestad. The greens are well-kept and are usually open and ready for play in March every year.
The club house has a restaurant, locker rooms and a golf shop. There are 4-bed cabins for rent and pitches for caravans and campers. Dogs are allowed in two of the cabins.
Close by is one of Mariestad's beautiful swimming beaches Sandviken. Big sandy beach and shallow water. Pass by the beach and you will reach a nature reserve with plenty of room for recreation and an peaceful walk in the forest.
Dogs are welcome in the outdoor dining area.
