Here at Kvarnagården, the Mårtensson brothers produced furniture during the late 1800s and early 1900s. Since taking over in 1980, many enthusiasts have been involved in keeping the sawmill alive. As a result, you can still experience a vibrant, old-fashioned industrial environment. On certain days each year, you can even hear the blacksmith's hammering and smell the coal...

Opening hours

The sawmill and workshop are open to visitors all year round, but on certain occasions during the summer, the local history society opens up and sets the machinery in motion, and gives guided tours and demonstrations of what the business used to be like.Current dates and times can be found on the local history society's website
