Beskrivelse
The footbridge consists of a walkway about 160 meters long between the industrial area and the smithy Kungshammar at Bergslagsvägen. On the east side of the river, next to the footbridge, was the first hammer. In 1911 - 1912 a small power station was built here. It is partly on the remains of this that the footbridge runs.

Fakta
The area around the footbridge has developed high nature values because it has been left untouched for so long. For example, the area just south of the footbridge has been noted for the presence of a large number of bats. The area is also an important site for overwintering common terns.
