Beskrivelse
Here you will be greeted by almost untouched nature with marshes and forests, without paths to follow. However, if you have a pair of rubber boots, there are good opportunities to pick blueberries and lingonberries. With a little luck, you can find mushrooms and sometimes even cloudberries.
**Note: The app gives you the wrong directions if you are driving. You should drive from the north, via Arboga Golf Club, otherwise you will end up at a locked road barrier.
Here there are two small lakes you can find your way to, the small lake Amerikasjön and the northern part of Ljungsjön. If you look out over Amerikasjön on a hot summer day, you can see lots of different kinds of dragonflies sweeping across the lake. If you're patient, there's also a chance of spotting some of the reserve's other inhabitants such as beavers, fallow deer, red deer and moose.

From Arboga, drive the old E18 towards Örebro. Turn off towards Arboga Golf Club. Follow the road south from the golf club for about 4.5 kilometers, then you arrive at the parking lot.

Welcome to visit the nature reserve!
There are rules that you as a visitor must follow. The rules are there to protect the area's natural values.
It is forbidden to:
- dig, cut, carve, paint or otherwise damage the surface of the ground or other fixed natural objects,
- damaging living or dead trees and shrubs, and damaging vegetation or natural objects in general, for example by collecting herbs, grasses, mosses, fungi or lichens, with the exception of berries and edible mushrooms for domestic use
- climbing trees or otherwise intentionally disturbing wildlife
- collecting insects or other invertebrates
- riding a bicycle or horse in the countryside
- putting up a board, sign, poster or permanently marking out tracks.

Tyvärr störs ju idyllen av cross-o fyrhjulingsåkare som kör runt hela området. Tycker det är trist att det ens är tillåtet i ett sådant område.
