You can park at Draget (Lillsjörännan) in the northern part of the lake where there is a parking lot for about 15 cars. You can also park your car along the road at Kalmarsand and walk the bicycle and footpath towards the railroad where you will find a pedestrian tunnel under the railway to the southern part of the lake.

You can walk or cycle here via the pedestrian and cycle path that runs from central Bålsta to Kalmarsand or Draget. At Kalmarsand there is a pedestrian tunnel under the railway to the southern part of the lake. At Draget (Lillsjörännan) there is a footpath leading from the small parking lot down to the lake.

By bus take SL bus 579 from Bålsta station to the Draget stop. Follow Lillsjörännan to the small parking lot on the left side of the road. Or take UL bus 301 from Bålsta station to the Kalmarsand stop and then walk along the bicycle and footpath towards the railroad where you will find a pedestrian tunnel under the railroad to the southern part of the lake.

Lillsjön is located between Draget and Kalmarsand in Bålsta. The area has two main entrances, one at Draget (northern part of the lake) and one at Kalmarsand (southern part of the lake). By car from the E18 Draget junction (exit 147), drive towards Bålsta and turn left at the first roundabout (Dragetrondellen). The parking lot is on the left after about 100 meters.
