Österåker municipality offers several outdoor gyms for lovely outdoor exercise around Åkersberga.
You will find the outdoor gym next to Sabelbacken's activity park between Norrabacken and Sabelbacken in Margretelund.
Equipment
The gyms in Hacksta, Sabelbacken, Täljöviken and in Röllingbyparken offer you the opportunity to train all muscle groups. You will find the following equipment there:
- Stick lift, three logs with different weights
- Ramp for sit-ups, adjustable in three heights
- Push-up bar, three different heights
- Arm walk
