Warning!
The reserve has scattered infestations of spruce bark beetle. This means that there are a lot of dead standing spruces in the forest and along the paths.
The trees can fall suddenly and without warning. Keep an eye out and avoid visiting the reserve when it is windy!
Beskrivelse
From Grundsjömossarna and Edebo-Sättra Utskog's shared visitor parking lot, there are trails that lead you to both reserves. The path is marked with orange markings.
At times the path is difficult to access.

The reserve is located about 5 km west of Hallstavik. Parking is located about 1.2 km southwest of the reserve.
Forskrifter
To protect the Edebo-Sättra utskogs nature reserve, there are rules you must follow.
In the reserve it is forbidden to:
- drill, hack, blast, carve, dig, paint or in any way damage rock, soil or stone
- break branches, fell or otherwise damage living or dead trees and shrubs
- dig up plants such as rice, herbs, mosses or lichens or remove woody fungi.
