Beskrivelse

A walk, a bike ride, a bus ride, Gömmarens nature reserve is always close and there are activities for all seasons. The area is full of trails and paths suitable for Nordic walking, skiing, running, horseback riding or just an ordinary walk. At the heart of the reserve is Lake Gömmaren, a clear water lake surrounded by rocks. Swim from the rocks or at the smaller sandy beach. Take the opportunity to take the first skate on Gömmaren, in winter the ice settles early. If you walk out of the lake, you get the feeling of a large forest and in the area you can also experience the remains of an old cultural landscape at Fullersta mill, a Natura 2000 area protected by the EU, an important biological forest area for unusual mosses.

Aktiviteter og fasiliteter

Entrance Långängarna:

Bus 703, 704 or 710 to the Måsvägen stop. By car: Drive Häradsvägen between Stuvsta and Segeltorp, follow signs to the nature reserve.

Entrance Gömmarbadet:

By bus: Bus 714 to the Fredriksdal stop. Walk about 1.1 km along Gustav Adolfsvägen and Ryttarvägen. By car: The parking lot is located on Ryttarvägen 20.

Entrance Fullersta kvarn:

By bus: Bus 706 stops at the Kvarnlyckevägen stop. Walk about 600 m onto Fullerstakvarnsvägen. By car: Drive onto Fullerstakvarnsvägen about 500 m.

Entrance Brandvägen:

By bus: Bus 710 to the stop Diagonalvägen or Toyota. Then walk about 500 m to the entrance on Ryttarhalsvägen. By car: Take the E4 to Kungens Kurva, take Smistavägen or Kungenskurvaleden, turn off towards Ryttarhalsvägen at the roundabout, to the reserve parking lot.
