Beskrivelse
Björnö is connected to Gålö by a few small bridges. On the south-eastern side of the island is a small area of ancient forest on a slope surrounded by summer cottages. Along a path you walk through a pillar-like forest where all the spring flowers of the grove shine in a symphony of blue and violet. The spring pea, lungwort, toothwort and violet are all in bloom before the canopy closes. On the steep slope you can also find the musk madder in the hazel stands under the tall spruces. If you're lucky, you'll also find the unusual giant hogweed, which can grow to a height of several meters. Towards the shore there is an alder forest where the ground glows white with flowering wild garlic at the end of May. The old fallen spruces are home to the black beetle, one of several rare beetle species in the area.

Veibeskrivelse
Bus 845 from Västerhaninge station to Björnövägen. From here you have to walk about 2 km along Björnövägen until it ends. Please note that at certain times of the year you must book the bus with SL 3 hours before departure. You can also take bus 839 from Handen and get off at Gålöaffären. From here you have to walk a few hundred meters on Gålövägen before you take the road to Björnö. If you come by car, you can park at the barn before the first bridge.

Det finns några ställen man kan parkera på innan första bron. Mycket fin ö att ta en promenad på.
vilken j**** röd lada? parkeringsförbud på hela ön! ingen parkering värken i den ena änden eller den andra av leden! naturreservat ska väl vara tillgängliga för alla besöka det inte enbart för de som bor på ön!!! på så vis är denna park totalt värdelös! parken i sig är definitivt värd ett besök! du kan ful och fel parkera om du vill i båda ändarna av leden. Finns gott om plats att anlägga besöksparkering i båda ändarna men kommunen måste få tummen ur!
