Beskrivelse
Bring your coffee thermos, your seat cover and open your senses to all that the nature reserve has to offer. The hike up the slope can be tough, but the view of the valley waiting at the top is worth it. Once at the top, look down into the valley where the meandering Kagghamra River flows and look up at a hilly landscape with a mosaic of mountains, forests and fields. Then head into the heart of the reserve and experience a piece of beautiful ancient forest. In the reserve there is a yellow-marked circular trail and a connection to the Grödingeleden trail that passes outside the reserve boundary.

From Vårsta you drive 5.3 km south on Nynäsvägen, parking is on the right side.

From Vårsta you drive 5.3 km south on Nynäsvägen, parking is on the right side. If you go by public transport, the nearest bus stop is "Åvinge kvarn", from there it is a short walk north to the entrance at the parking lot.
Forskrifter
To protect the natural values in Åvinge nature reserve, special regulations apply. Among other things, it is forbidden to damage the land, plants, trees or wildlife, to light fires and to keep dogs unleashed.
Certain activities, such as prolonged camping, major events or the erection of signs, require municipal permission. If you are planning an activity that contravenes the regulations, you need to apply for a permit or exemption in advance.
