There are outdoor gyms around Katrineholm municipality for those who want to exercise for free and at whatever time of day suits them. You can go to the gyms whenever you want to get fun exercise. Or if you want to burn off a really hard workout. Or just to socialize with others.

The activity park/outdoor gym on the north side has wooden equipment. Here you can combine your run or walk with a nice strength session. The training can easily be adapted to your particular conditions.
