Elljusspår/aktivitetsrunda

Malmköping's electric light trail goes up on Plevnahöjden. The track is about 1.7 km and is illuminated with LED lights. The trail has several connections, so you can run or walk onto the trail from Heden, Plevnagården, the campsite and from Klovstensvägen.

Along the lighted trail there is also a loop for pulse and strength exercises starting next to the ski slope's parking lot, Karolina Perssons Väg.

The Activity Rounds concept is based on twelve signs along a loop or path. On the paths you can start at the end you choose. At the start, you'll find a sign describing the content of the tour and a map showing the route of the loop or path. Exciting research and interesting facts about the body and brain can be found on the signs. The signs are digital and you can use a QR code to find the exercises, which are shown with text, illustrations and videos.

In Flens municipality there are seven Activity Rounds that encourage and offer tips on health-promoting exercises for mind and body.
