Mainly a winter site with grebes and ducks, but the site can also be worth a visit during the spring/autumn migration. The pond is surrounded by deciduous forest to the south and grazed pastures to the north. The course of the Rönne River through the pond usually prevents ice formation during the winter.

Fakta
Breeding birds: Mute swan and grebe in the pond. In the vicinity kingfisher, goldfinch and lesser spotted woodpecker.
Winter: Little grebe, curlew and several duck species.
Occasionally: Great egret, lesser whooper swan and snipe

Directions
Drive south from Klippan center towards the industrial area Åbytorp south of the railway. When the railroad is passed, Fabriksvägen is reached. Then turn towards Klöva Hallar. Continue a few hundred meters, pass Rönne å, and then park your car along the road. There are parking facilities for a small number of cars.
