Klitterhus badplats Ängelholm

With a six-kilometer long sandy beach, a swim in Ängelholm is never far away!

As early as the 19th century, Ängelholm became known as a well and bathing resort, and many people made the pilgrimage here to enjoy clear water, shallow beaches and cooling dips, soft dunes, dune landscapes and beautiful beach heath.

At Klitterhus there is a long bathing jetty. The jetty also has a platform and ramp that is adapted for people with disabilities. As well as a hippocampus that enables bathing from the shore (a bathing trolley) shower wheelchair and an accessibility mat that takes you up and down to the water.
