Gamlegård Hembygdsmuseum Billinge Eslöv

Gamlegård is one of Skåne's oldest local history museums. There is a trading post from the early 1900s, a school museum from the 1840s and a cottage from 1739. It is open for visits during the summer months.

The museum was founded in 1918 and is thus one of Skåne's oldest local history museums. Here you can take part in a folk collection with 5000 objects, including utility items, agricultural tools and costumes. The museum consists of a cottage from 1739 with preserved furnishings, an inn, a school museum, a shoemaker's shop and a trading post, a section focusing on children's history, and a carriage museum. Sale of books and periodicals. The museum is managed by the Gamlegård Foundation in Billinge with the assistance of Eslöv municipality.
