In Fogdarödsskogen there is a marked loop of five kilometers. You can easily get around on it both by walking and running.
The trail starts at the parking lot and is marked with distance and reflective signs. In addition to the marked loop, there are also a few different forest paths that you can walk on in Fogdarödsskogen.

Public transport:
If you are coming by Öresundståg from the south or Pågatåget, you are on the right side of the bus stop. If you come with the Öresund train from Hässleholm go down under the tunnel to Bangårdsgatan on the opposite side.
Take ring bus 445, stop location C, and get off at the Ängsgatan stop. Follow Hörbyvägen south for about 100 meters and turn left onto Ängsgatan. Follow this straight ahead and where the road turns left, there is a forest path straight ahead. Follow this. Cross highway 13 straight over and follow the forest path to the Fogdarödsslingan parking lot about 250 meters.
