Beskrivelse

At the picnic area there is a barbecue with a seat, picnic table, bird tower and footbridge over the lake. From the picnic area you have a good view of both the northern and southern parts of the long lake. This is the best place to spot the lake's black-capped chickadees.

The rest area is 1.3 km from the parking lot. Follow the marked path on the eastern side of the lake. If you continue over the footbridge, you will come back to the parking lot if you walk along the road back around the lake. The whole route is 3 km long.
