Beskrivelse
The exercise trail is 5.0 kilometers long and is located at Olstorp exercise center just northeast of Ljungsbro. The trail is marked with yellow color.
The site also has a shorter lighted track, outdoor gym, changing room with shower and sauna, barbecue area, disc golf course, playground and three marked MTB tracks, the longest 27 kilometers long. In winter there are ski tracks for skate and classic skiing.
The facility is managed by Vreta ski and exercise club.
