Ekstråk till Tinnerö eklandskap

From Drottninggatan through Trädgårdsföreningen, it is 2 km to the Tinnerö oak landscape and Djurgården's oak hills.

Like small green oases, oak slopes and oak groves are located between residential areas and apartment buildings in central Linköping. This oak path follows the cycle paths through Magistrathagen, Grenadjärparken and Garnisonen.

You will also reach the nature reserves, Vallaskogen and Tinnerö oak landscape. A detour along Infanterivägen shows the way to Djurgården's oak hills. It was in the 17th century that Duke Johan set up a royal hunting ground south of Linköping, a so-called Djurgården.

You can just as easily start in Gamla Linköping and follow the oak trail to Tinnerö Oak Landscape from there.
