**Article 31

All children have the right to play, rest and leisure. They should have equal opportunities

to participate freely in cultural and artistic activities and various

leisure activities.

In countries where child labor exists, leisure and proper rest are not

always a guaranteed right.

According to UNICEF research, there are approximately 150 million children between the ages of 5 and 15 in the world who are engaged in child labor and who do not have the opportunity to play, rest or have free time!
