Beskrivelse
In the crevasse valley where Trolldalen and Vargkitteln are located, a mighty ice river flowed when the ice sheet melted 10 000 years ago. The water abraded the edges of the valley sides and set large rocks spinning, drilling straight down into the rock and forming so-called giant pots. The steep valley sides are covered in old-growth forest with many rare mosses, lichens and fungi. The reserve is part of Natura 2000, the EU's network of valuable nature sites.

Veibeskrivelse
Follow signs from Frösvidal, which is about 1 mile northwest of Örebro. Keep left at the first intersection and right in the gravel pit and drive another few kilometers. Park at Igeltjärn. Walk from the parking lot, the same way as above, just under 1 km to the reserve on the right.
Forskrifter
**In the nature reserve it is forbidden to
- remove or damage dead trees or parts of trees
- light a fire other than in a designated place
- collect mosses, lichens and fungi that grow on trees or wood, as well as insects or other invertebrates, without the permission of the County Administrative Board

Går man från lövbrickan genom vargkitteln så får man tyvärr klättra både under och över ikullblåsta gamla träd. Rätt besvärligt och hoppas ansvariga tar och röjer upp. Vattenfallet är dessutom just nu torrlagt
Väl värt en vandring. Tag gärna med korv för grillning mitt i vattenfallet.
