Beskrivelse
East Salmon Lake has clearer water than West Salmon Lake due to a different inflow. Therefore, some trout have been replanted and the lake still harbors a small population of the species. At the northern end of the lake, there is a simple boat ramp for mooring a boat. Revelbadets camping offers accommodation at the north-eastern end of the lake. There is also a very nice swimming area next to the campsite. The eastern side of the lake also has some nice shallow beaches.
The lake is 18 meters deep, has an area of 7.26 square kilometers and is 132 meters above sea level. The lake is drained by the Norrström watercourse (Eskilstunaån).
Test fishing has caught perch, blackfish, gers and pike in the lake.
