Beskrivelse
Oset and Rynningeviken have a fantastic and varied nature. There is a rich bird and plant life with resting places, barbecue areas and natural excursion points, cycle and walking paths and the meeting place Naturens hus. You can get there by bike from central Örebro in just a few minutes. Oset is one of the country's richest bird areas.
The reserve is part of both Natura 2000, which is the EU's network for valuable nature, and also the global nature conservation convention Ramsar, which exists to protect valuable wetlands.

Veibeskrivelse
The main entrance to the reserve is located at Naturens hus in Örebro, follow signs saying hospital. At the roundabout at the University Hospital (USÖ), follow signs for Naturens hus. City buses go to the Naturens hus stop. To get to the parking lot at Venastugan, follow Hjortstorpsvägen and turn at the sign for Naturens hus.

Jag var bara i Örebro över dagen, men hann ändå gå en bit här. Vilken skatt att ha så nära stan. Fick en glimt av Hjälmaren också!
Bra som vanligt, synd med bostadsområdet så nära vilket inte ramar in Oset på ett fint sätt. Många olika anslutningar till Oset uppskattas! Saknar belysning dock.
