Beskrivelse
Kåviängen is no longer a meadow in the cultural-historical sense. The area consists of a sparse deciduous forest with many hazel bushes - a "hazel grove". 100 years ago, Kåviängen was part of a hay meadow, which also included the low-lying land to the east, along Lillån. It is above all the spring flora that is characteristic of Kåviängen. Then you are greeted by a sea of bluebells and wood anemones.

Veibeskrivelse
From Örebro you go north on RV 50. Turn left in Lillåns community and pass over the railroad. From here it is about 3.7 km to the reserve. Keep towards Kåvi at the crossroads. There is a sign and parking at the side of the road.
Forskrifter
In the nature reserve it is forbidden to:
- picking, digging up or otherwise damaging plants
- camping or setting up a caravan
- make a fire
- ride a bicycle, drive a motor vehicle or other means of transportation
