At Vargön, Koskärets nature reserve there are two municipal rental cabins. In summer, the cottages are reached by boat and it takes about 15 minutes from Renöhamn.
There are two identical cottages, Vargön 1 and Vargön 2. The cottages have nature as a neighbor with natural forest and animals in addition to the sea as a view. At the boat dock about 150m away there is a sauna with a small sandy beach and toilets. Further into the bay there is a nice sandy beach with barbecue areas, toilets and nature trails. Vargön is perfect for hiking, you can for example go to the eastern part of the island where there is a fishing village and old fishing cottages, at Laxskäret.

The cottage is equipped with a gas stove, gas refrigerator, wood stove, smoke detector and fire extinguisher. The bed capacity for a cabin is 5 people (bunk bed for 2-3 and sofa bed for 2). The cabin has kitchen equipment for six people with crockery, pots and pans, cleaning equipment, washing-up liquid, dishcloths and toilet paper, as well as blankets and pillows. The cabins are rented on a self-catering basis, which means that you must bring your own water, food, sheets and pillowcases or sleeping bags. The cabins have a simple dry toilet. Lighting via solar cell.
