Beskrivelse
Hedvallen is a summer settlement and calf marking site for Östra Kikkejaur Sámi community, lying in the middle of an impressive primary forest. Alongside the two reindeer enclosures there are four timber goahte buildings and two timber storage huts. There is rich by oh diversity here in a beautiful setting with dry slopes, small lakes and mires. A trail leads into the area, which covers 0.7 square kilometres.

Parking is available adjacent to the nature reserve.
Kommunikasjon
The reserve lies about 10 kilometres northwest of Arvidsjaur. From the E45 north of Arvidsjaur, turn off onto a logging road at Hedvallen, which leads to the reserve.

The reserve is located about 10 kilometers northeast of Arvidsjaur. From road 45 north of Arvidsjaur turn off on the forest road at Hedvallen, the road goes to the reserve
Forskrifter
All regulations can be found in the reserve decision. It is allowed to:
- camp
- make a fire, remember to bring your own wood!
- picking berries and edible mushrooms
- drive snowmobiles on snow-covered ground
- fish and hunt in accordance with the laws in force
It is not allowed to harm plant and animal life. Remember the right of public access and protect nature! Also take care of the facilities in the area and show consideration for the people who have Hedvallen as their workplace.
