Vindskydd - Sundsnäs Jätsbygd

Wake up to a view of the lake and to birdsong! Sleeping outside is an experience that more people should try, and in Tingsryd municipality there are several places with fixed wind shelters where you can spend the night.

Sundsnäs JätsbygdThis rest area is beautifully located by the shore of lake Åsnen. You can only get here by canoe via Värendsleden. Here there is a shelter, fireplace, toilett and dustbin.

Use the fireplaces that are available. If there is a fire ban, you may not fire at all. Stay informed about possible fire bans on the County Administrative Board website (Kronoberg).

Don't forget to follow the outdoor access rights and take care of our places so more people can enjoy them. You throw away rubbish when you get home or in the rubbish bins on site.
