Beskrivelse
Storasjö Nature Reserve, together with neighboring reserves, is one of the largest protected wildernesses in southern Sweden. The vast forest and mire area about seven kilometers south of Lenhovda is one of the county's largest nature reserves. It is located in an area with many traces of the melting of the inland ice, including ridges and dead ice moraine, and in some parts there are plenty of large boulders.
Many species have been spotted in the nature reserve, such as the bush sparrow, woodcock, goshawk, osprey, gray heron, great crested flycatcher, green cuckoo, cuckoo, ferruginous hawk, white-tailed eagle, wolverine, golden eagle, lesser spotted woodpecker, common chough, lark falcon, buzzard, black grouse, peregrine falcon, pearl owl, woodcock, sparrowhawk, barn owl, woodpecker, great spotted woodpecker, skylark, capercaillie, crane, skylark, tree pipit, redstart, red-winged blackbird, blackcap, kingfisher, titmouse, wagtail, pine tit, tufted titmouse, black tit, tree creeper, chaffinch, chiffchaff, grayling, lesser crossbill, greater crossbill, saw-whet sparrow and meadow pipit.

Fakta
The tower at Storasjö consists of two floors, the upper one built in, and was completed in April 2010
Parkering
Park at the information board and follow the forest road about 500 meters to the sign "fågeltorn". Follow the path for about 130 meters.
The path to the tower is not adapted for wheelchair users.
Veibeskrivelse
From Lenhovda drive towards Herråkra. Turn left at Hult and follow the signs "Storasjöområdets Naturreservat".
