OCR path
OCR stands for "Obstacle Course Racing" which translates to obstacle course running. A form of training where you test your endurance, strength, speed and skill.
The obstacle course will be 850 meters long and consist of eight different obstacles. The start will be adjacent to the volleyball courts and the outdoor gym and the course goes around the gravel field located in Kronoskogen. Signs will be posted on the course explaining how to use the obstacles.
The course is suitable for older children and adults.
