Linnés Råshult - Söderhagen

The trail Söderhagen, "the southern pasture", goes through beautiful meadows in the culture reserve Linnés Råshult. Here you can see both the leopard's bane (Arnica montana) and the devil's-bit scabious (Succisa pratensis) blooming during the summer. You will walk through gently rolling terrain, but also on gravel roads, and pass a small meadow barn.

If you walk the trail in the spring, keep an eye out for the delightful cotton grass (Eriophorum angustifolium) that blooms then. In late summer, you can instead enjoy the marsh gentian (Gentiana pneumonanthe) that grows in the damp areas along the trail.

There are benches for resting.
