Welcome to the hiking trails of Runnö!

Here you can enjoy a magical walk through a varied landscape of rocky outcrops, meadows, and dense forests. On Runnö, you'll encounter traces of the island's history, with small paths once walked by fishermen and sailors. The sea breeze accompanies you along the trails, and at several points, you’ll be treated to stunning views of the sparkling Baltic Sea.

A particular highlight is Ebbalosudden on the island's western side. Here, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and feel the serenity by the beautiful rock formations. Another must-see is the windmill on Kvarnholmen, just 500 meters from the southern dock – a historical landmark that tells the story of the island's rich past.

At Hasslebom, you’ll find shallow rocky shores perfect for a refreshing swim. This peaceful spot is both family-friendly and picturesque, making it a favorite among visitors.

The hiking trails on Runnö are clearly marked with signs at the starting points, making it easy to find and explore the island's scenic paths.

Runnö is only accessible by boat, and there is no regular ferry service to the island. However, visiting boats are welcome to dock at the public pier in Sörgården. Once you're on the island, you'll experience a unique archipelago adventure like no other.
