Youth training
We have regular training for young people from 10 years and up. Everyone is welcome regardless of level of prior knowledge. For those who want, there is the opportunity to compete.
Archipelago paddling
Exercise paddling and excursions for the slightly older. The goal is to have as much fun as possible while enjoying paddling and nature.
Trout paddling
Our canoeing section is often found in the gently rippling waters of the Emån. Here we learn the technique of canoeing from scratch in calm scenic conditions.
