At the swimming and sports hall in Gislaved, there is an outdoor gym and an obstacle course, where you can train whenever you want. An outdoor gym with training stations in different designs and difficulty levels, which allows you to train according to your own conditions. Whenever you want, at all hours of the day.

Below the outdoor gym / obstacle course is a 1 kilometer loop in the forest. Here you can combine running with strength training / obstacle course.
