Gällaryds hembygdspark

Gällaryd local heritage society is based in Gällaryd local heritage park, with a local heritage museum. The main building is the former vicarage. Adjacent to the building is a Falun-red timber tithe barn, a storage shed with a cantilevered upper floor. There is also a barn that was used for drying the tobacco grown in the area, which was then used in the production of Jönköping’s course snuff. The buildings in the local heritage park contain collections of old artefacts, documents, books and photographs.
