Barmarksled, Tjusthult

In the Tjusthult Nature Reserve, you can hike among majestic old pine trees on lichen-covered rock outcrops, or head down to the bog to get acquainted with the insectivorous plant, the sundew. The primeval-like forest and the abundance of dead wood allow species that require long-standing forests to thrive here.

From the Smålandsleden trail, a yellow-marked connecting trail leads to the nature reserve’s blue-marked path. It is narrow, winding, and somewhat hilly in places.
