Beskrivelse
This cross-country ski trail begins at the top of the lift. You can either take the lift up or walk up along the old mining road, staying to the side of the ski slope. The track runs close to the treeline, offering beautiful views of mountain tops like Åreskutan and Blåsten. You'll pass through the Husås mining area, following the old haul road where copper was once transported. Parking is available at Gruvbacken or at the very top of Huså Pettersvägen. There are connections to trail 3 and Gerds Mil (Gerds Mile).
Some markings are already present and will be improved during the winter of 2025
You can connect to yellow 3 km track and Gerds mil track and get in total about 20 km skitrack in total.

Underlag
Not wide enough for skate tracks without a classic surface.
Bakker
The trail is hilly, with a rise/fall at the beginning and end. Relatively flat over the embankment and at the mine dams.
Parkering
Park at Gruvbacken to take the lift, or ski up gruvleden. Park at the top of Huså Pettersvägen or Myllerstigen to ski Gruvleden.
Veibeskrivelse
Park at Gruvbacken or at the top of Huså Pettersvägen, or at the beginning of Myllerstigen and take the lift or walk along the mining trail to the lift top.
