By car: The reserve can be reached by driving northeast from Köinge on road 154 but currently has no parking.

To protect the nature reserve, the County Administrative Board has decided on special regulations, including those that you as a visitor to the area must follow and respect.

In addition to what applies under other legislation, it is forbidden to:

• damage living or dead trees, bushes and branches,
• damage, pick or collect mosses, lichens or fungi other than single specimens. The prohibition does not apply to the picking of edible mushrooms,
• putting up a board, poster, sign, carving or making an inscription
• camping for more than two consecutive days
• having a dog off-leash and
• make fires (see clarification in the decision document under the heading information).
• organize camps, competitions or other events without the permission of the County Administrative Board,
• use traps that kill invertebrates without the permission of the County Administrative Board
• planting species alien to the area without the permission of the County Administrative Board, and
• without the permission of the County Administrative Board, carry out surveys that involve marking, collecting, trapping or other impact on the natural environment.
