Beskrivelse
In Västerhuse nature reserve, animals have grazed freely in the forest for a long time. The forest is a fine example of an older coniferous forest where the trees have grown slowly. Old, gnarled pines with flattened crowns are just some of the characters that show that it is an old-growth forest. The special management of the forest has created a variety of habitats for animals, plants and fungi.
