Healthland multisport
Here you get a little of everything. A hilly trail that passes Lugnesjön, the pebble ridge, the barbecue hut and Stormorshällen itself. Perfect for trail running and hiking. Very technical cycling. It is this trail that is used in the exercise race of the same name.
Thriving rules
- Show consideration for each other.
- Cyclists have the right of way and should adjust their speed when meeting other exercisers.
- Dog owners should always keep their dogs on a leash.
- Do not leave litter in nature. If you have taken it into the forest, you can also bring it back home.
- Some of the trails pass electric trails that should not be used in winter when the ski trails are groomed.
- Pay attention to the surface and the weather. Roots and stones can be very slippery.

Fakta
A club based in Söderhamn that is passionate about spontaneous sports and nature-related experiences. Trail running, MTB cycling, kayaking and orienteering are what we do most, but all nature-related activities are interesting. Everything from hiking to extreme varieties of multisport can be accommodated with us.
We maintain the cycling and hiking trails around Stormorshäll, organize the cross-country races Hälsingetrailen and Stormorstrailen and the multisport event HEX. The club is also a co-organizer in the Helsingecup XC, an exercise cup for MTB. In addition to this, we constantly invite to other spontaneous meetings for running, cycling and other adventures.
