Yoga i Hagen is a yoga & conversation center in Dalarna where everyone can join. Each one is based on their situation and location. MediYoga, I AM-yoga, Holistic Yoga, Hormonyoga, Yinyoga and Restorative yoga are yoga forms that help you stop, listen inward and develop your contact between body and mind, body and soul, body and bud. Yoga means union - and it is precisely union that we strive for during our yoga sessions, to unite us, ie bring ourselves together into a whole.
At Yoga i Hagen you can also book psychotherapeutic sessions.
