From April 15 to June 30, access is prohibited outside the trails for the sake of the birds. From July 1, it is allowed to move freely and canoe through the valley.
Beskrivelse
Frostbrunnsdalen is a steep and deep gorge with lush vegetation. It is a very popular destination, especially in spring. The vegetation is in full bloom and the bird life is thriving. In summer there is a very popular café here.
The valley reaches a depth of about 20 meters. It has been formed by erosion facilitated by the high groundwater. At the bottom of the valley, the spring water flows up in strong streams and eventually flows into Tunaån. Frostbrunnsdalen is known for its rich plant and animal life. Here grows mostly a pure deciduous forest of gray alder, birch, aspen and beech. The lush greenery attracts many birds, such as rosefinches, warblers, warblers and nightingales.
Access outside the paths is prohibited from April 15 to June 30 to protect the birds. From July 1, it is allowed to move freely and canoe through the valley.

parkera norr om Wallingården och gå den längre stigen fram till cafeet. Det går också att paddla kanot hela vägen in vilket är en häftig upplevelse med alla kallkällor och sandbottnen.
