14 Abborrtjärn Runt - Familjeled, en del av Etapp 14 & 22 | Bruksleden

Stora Abborrtjärn runt is an easy hike for the whole family. The loop goes around the lake and is an excellent walk while waiting for the big fish (rainbow trout, char, trout) to bite. There is the opportunity to grill if you bring your own firewood. Of course, it is on your own initiative that you set up a fire for grilling. Since the 2021 season, Fagersta municipality has removed all opportunities for firewood storage and waste management around the Perch Ponds. It is the public's own responsibility to take any rubbish with them. It is also the public who will be held responsible by the landowner in the event of fire, destruction, littering and the like.

This loop is part of Stage 14 and Stage 22 of the Bruksleden trail. You have the opportunity to extend your hike by about 3 km if you wish.

Special rules apply for fishing in the ponds. Fishing licenses can be purchased via iFiske.se. All forms of violation of illegal fishing are prosecuted. As many fishermen visit Stora and Lilla Abborrtjärn, we ask you to show consideration and act in a respectful manner.

This loop is easy to walk with varying hills. It consists of mostly single path (roots / stones) as well as some footbridge and passage over the existing bridge.
