KARLSBORG – GRANVIK – SVANHULT – UNDENÄS – FORSVIK – KARLSBORG

For those who want to grind a few miles of asphalt as training during the holidays, we have put

up some nice and reasonably challenging tours. These tours mainly go on

low-traffic paved roads, but there are also stretches with a lot of traffic

where extra care should be taken. Along the way there is the possibility of provisioning

and refreshments.

Karlsborg - Granvik - Svanhult - Undenäs - Forsvik - Karlsborg is a good and

beautiful training route on paved roads for road cyclists. The stretch between

Granvik and Svanhult a bit of bad asphalt. Good course profile with some challenging

slopes. The initial stretch on road 49 has occasionally heavy traffic and limited

road shoulder. The rest of the route is lightly trafficked. If you want a slightly longer route, you can

you can make a detour to Tived/Sannerud where there is a café, food, shop. There are

also the possibility of provisioning ICA Nära Undenäs or a coffee / lunch in Forsvik.

The starting point is of course optional, but right turns are preferred.
