Yellow trail , 5.1 kilometers: Nature trail but also runs along the footpath and cycle path and passes the bus stop at Orup hospital.

On Orupsberget you will find beautiful nature and exciting traces of older times. There are burial mounds and abandoned farm plots hidden in the greenery. At the top of the hill is the old Orup sanatorium.

Orup's hiking area has a mountain bike trail and five hiking trails of varying lengths, in beautiful hilly terrain. The trails are suitable for walking. One is paved and works well for those who need a slightly smoother surface.

The starting points for the marked trails are Orup Hospital and Sätofta School. The trails are well visited and used by both outdoorsmen, exercisers, schoolchildren and visitors to the hospital. Some people take their dogs with them, while others make their way on horseback. Remember that dogs must be kept on a leash in public places and on marked exercise trails in the municipality.
